These terms cover what this site is, what submitting the order form does and does not create, how prices and delivery are handled, and the limits of what is published here. They apply to every visitor, in every market the site serves.
1. What this site is
mikoherb.farm publishes information about two cosmetic products and accepts order requests for them. It is not a pharmacy, not a medical service and not a marketplace, and it does not provide medical advice.
2. Nature of the information
All content is informational and describes cosmetic products for external use. Nothing published here is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or a substitute for professional advice. If the state of your skin or nails concerns you, consult an appropriate professional.
3. Order requests
Submitting the form is a request, not a concluded purchase. A contract of sale arises only when the order is confirmed during the subsequent telephone call and accepted by the seller. Until that call takes place, nothing is owed by either side.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the phone number you provide. If it is wrong, the order cannot be confirmed and will not be dispatched.
4. Prices, quantity and delivery
Prices shown are for the product in the currency of the market concerned and may change. Delivery cost and the number of packs are agreed during the confirmation call and are not fixed by this site. Payment is on delivery.
5. Returns and consumer rights
Statutory consumer rights for distance sales apply in every market served and are not affected by these terms. The applicable procedure and the identity of the seller responsible for your order are confirmed during the call and supplied with the parcel.
6. Use of the site
You may read, print and share these pages for personal use. Republishing substantial parts of the text, or using it to train automated systems for commercial purposes, requires written permission. Product names and packaging belong to their respective owners.
7. Liability
Content is published in good faith and reviewed before it goes live, but no warranty is given that it is complete or error-free. Liability is not excluded or limited where it cannot lawfully be — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for statutory consumer rights.

9. Applicable law
Consumer contracts concluded following a confirmation call are governed by the law of the country in which the goods are delivered, and mandatory consumer-protection provisions of that country apply regardless of anything in these terms.
