One email address reaches a person who reads it. Order questions, content corrections and anything about how the site works can all go to the same place. Order confirmations themselves happen by phone, in the language of your country.
Write to info@mikoherb.farm for anything about the products, an existing order, or a correction to something published here. Replies are sent within two working days.
The phone number you used in the form and the country you ordered from. Those two pieces of information let the order be located quickly; a name alone usually is not enough.
Order confirmation by phone
Orders are confirmed by a consultant who calls the number you leave in the form. The call is made in the language of your country. Hours are 08:00–22:00 on weekdays and 09:00–22:00 at weekends, local time, in every market.
If you miss the call, the consultant tries again the same day. If you have not been reached within one working day, email us with your phone number and country.

Each market has its own page with local prices, delivery arrangements and what is available there: Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo.
Seller details for a specific order
Fulfilment is handled by a partner in each market. The identity of the seller responsible for your order, and the applicable returns procedure, are confirmed by the consultant during the call and appear on the documentation supplied with the parcel.
